FAQ

Do readers pay for guides?

No. Every guide is free. Employment Library is paid for by job listings and clearly labelled sponsorships.

Can a sponsor change what a guide says?

No. Sponsors get a labelled slot next to the guide. They never edit, review or approve guide content, and the guide may say things about the job that a sponsor wouldn’t.

How long does a listing stay up?

A job post stays live for 60 days. If the role is filled early, tell us and we’ll take it down.

What does a Featured post get?

A Featured post runs for 60 days, like a standard post. For the first 30 days it’s pinned at the top of listings, and it’s always labelled “Featured”.

What does sponsorship cost?

Sponsoring a guide is $500 USD a month for one career in one state, or $2,500 USD a month for one career across the United States. Sponsors get the labelled “Featured employer” slot on that guide and never edit its content.

What can’t I post?

Commission-only roles described as salaried, listings that ask applicants to pay, anything that breaks employment or human rights law, and listings without a real opening behind them.

Can I get a refund?

If we can’t publish your listing, we refund it in full. The rest of the refund policy will be in the Terms before launch.

Which states do you cover?

Listings are open to employers anywhere in the United States. US guides use US pay and hiring sources.
